Returns
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy for non-personalized products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must not contain any personalization, be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Except for damaged or defective items, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Before you return/exchange any item, please email us first at sales@thatsacooltee.com and let us know the reason for the return/exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For verification purposes, please take clear pictures of the product in question and email them to sales@thatsacooltee.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@thatsacooltee.com.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time free size exchange for non-personalized products. Just send the product back that you need exchanged. Once we receive it in the same condition that you received it, we will send a free replacement out to you. Please note: For international orders, buyer is not only responsible for return shipping costs but will also need to pay shipping for the replacement we send.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange and let you know if the exchange was approved. If approved, we’ll send out your replacement as soon as possible and provide you with a tracking number once it ships.
