Not happy with your purchase? We stand behind our products 100% For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll take it back! All we ask is that you return it in it's original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
Order the wrong size? Because all products are printed on demand, we ask that you please double check the sizing charts before you place your order. If you're not sure which size to order, we will be happy to assist you. However, in the event you receive the wrong size and need to exchange it, the following applies.
Standard apparel products:
We offer a one time free size exchange for non-personalised products. Just send the product back that you need exchanged. Once we receive it in the same condition that you received it, we will send a free replacement out to you.
Custom personalized products:
We offer a one time free size replacement, not to exceed 1 product per order. For each additional product, we offer a 25% discount. For example: If you purchased 2 custom personalized T shirts, we will replace the 1st one free of charge. However, you will need to purchase the 2nd replacement at the discounted price of 25% off..
Damaged? Not a problem! Just take a *picture of the damaged product and send it to us so we can verify it and we'll send a replacement right away!
Quality defects? If you receive a product with a quality defect, such as a defect in the material, printing error, or maybe just a defect in the design itself, we will replace it free of charge. Just email us a *picture of the defect and and we'll get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible.
*When taking a photo of the damaged or defective product, please include part of the design in the photo, so that we can verify that the product is indeed ours.
