Processing and Shipping
Processing times are in addition to actual shipping times. All products are made to order and require a minimum production time. (Time needed to print the product and prepare it for shipping). Below is a list of our current products and their estimated production times.
Please note: During peak business seasons, such as Christmas, Father's Day, Etc.. production times may increase by an additional 2 to 3 business days
- Apparel - 4-9 business days.
- Mugs - 5-9 business days.
- Tumblers - 1-5 business days.
- Blankets - 4-10 business days.
All products will ship via first class USPS or UPS mail innovations. After we have processed your order, *delivery times are approximately 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will update your order with a tracking number.

Due to the limitations set by our production partners, rush order and priority shipping is only available for the following products shipping to the USA.

- Tank Tops
Since express shipping is not available for all products, you will not see the option on the checkout page. However, we have made rush order and priority shipping available in the form of a product that you can purchase separately. You can find this product and add it to your cart by clicking on the following product link.
Priority Shipping Add On
All products will normally ship via UPS Mail innovation, which is a process where UPS will initially pick up the shipment and then hand it off to your local mail service provider for final delivery. After we have processed your order, *delivery times are approximately 12 to 24 business days, depending where it's shipping to. Once your order ships, we will update your order with a tracking number, if one is available.
There are a number of “Preferred Countries” (listed below) that provide full tracking and delivery confirmation. All other countries are considered “Non-Preferred” countries because they provide little or no tracking and no delivery confirmation once the package leaves the United States. Most Non-Preferred countries also do not return “undeliverable” packages, or even notify us when a package could not be delivered.
For packages shipped to all other Non-Preferred countries, we have learned through much experience and investigation that when a package is not delivered to a customer, it is almost always due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, the customer not claiming the package from customs when duties, tariffs, or taxes are due, or mishandling by the delivery service in the destination country.
Please note: That's A Cool Tee is not responsible in any way for orders shipped to Non-Preferred countries, once they have left the US. Under no circumstances will we provide refunds or reship non-delivered orders shipped to Non-Preferred countries when the tracking indicates that the package successfully left The United States.
Shipping prices for international shipping do not include any additional taxes or customs fees that might be demanded by customs in the recipient’s country. That's A Cool Tee is not responsible for any such fees or tariffs. Any such fees are the responsibility of you, the customer
For shipments to Preferred countries, if based on the carrier-provided tracking information, we believe an order was lost in transit, and not delivered to the destination, we will re-print and re-ship the order at no additional charge.
If a package shipped to a Non-Preferred country, based on the carrier’s tracking, fails to leave the United States in a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, re-ship the order. Shipments to Non-Preferred countries are considered final and completed once the tracking indicates the package has left the United States.

As referred to in the above, the “Preferred” countries include:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All other countries are considered “Non-Preferred” countries for the sake of these shipping policies.
