When will I receive my order?

All of our products are custom made and printed on demand. That means you will receive a fresh product with a fresh print every time you place an order. For this reason, processing times will vary. During off-peak months, Tshirts And Tanks are processed within 3-5 business days, Mugs And Hoodies within 5-7 business, and Blankets within 8-10 business days and ready for shipping. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days during peak seasonal months. Once your order has shipped, US orders can expect to receive their order in an average of 3-7 business days. 10-14 Business days for International orders. You will receive notification and a tracking number (when available) when your order has shipped. On average, most US orders will arrive in your mailbox within 1-2 weeks from the time you placed your order. 2-4 weeks for international orders.


What shipping service do you use?

All US orders will ship via USPS first class mail or UPS Mail Innovations. International orders will normally ship via Asendia USA and will be delivered by your local post office.

Do you offer express shipping?

Due to the limitations set by our production partners, priority shipping is only available for T-shirts (EXCL infant), Tank Tops, Sweatshirts, & Hoodies, shipping to the USA.

Since express shipping is not available for all products, we currently do not have the upgrade option available at checkout.

However, we have made priority shipping available in the form of a product that you can purchase separately. You can find this product and add it to your cart by clicking on the following product link.

How are the products printed and what is the quality like?

All apparel products are Direct To Garment printed (DTG). We use the best DTG (Direct To Garment) printers in the industry which provides the best quality. 


What if I have a problem with my order?

Satisfaction guaranteed: We stand behind our products 100% For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll take it back! All we ask is that you return it in it's original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Order the wrong size? Hey, it happens. We offer a one time free size exchange for up to one size larger or smaller within the same product line.

Damaged? Not a problem! Just take a picture of the damaged product and send it to us so we can verify it and we'll send a replacement right away! Note: please include part of the design in the photo you take, so that we may verify that the damaged product is ours. Thank you.

Why do my shirts smell like vinegar? 

Before printing your shirts, they are treated with a chemical that smells like vinegar.  This chemical helps to bind the ink to the fibers in the shirt and is why the print holds up to repeated washing.  After printing, most of the remaining chemical is removed when the shirts are dried, but a small amount may remain.

 This chemical is harmless, and will wash out of the shirts the first time you wash them.

I did not receive my order:

Please take the following steps before contacting us.

1) Make sure the shipping address you provided us is correct.

2) Look around the outside of your house. Your mailman may have left it in a hidden location. You may want to check with your neighbors as well,  in case your mailman stuck it in the wrong mailbox. 

3) Check with your family members. One of them may have grabbed it.

4) Using your tracking number, please call your local post office and see if they can help you locate your package.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will further assist you in locating your package.

I only received part of my order:

Although we are located in Decatur Texas, we use production partners to print and ship our products for us. For this reason, not all products will ship from the same location. Furthermore, the production times on some products will be faster than others. For example: production times for Tumblers is 1-2 business days, where as production times for t-shirts is 3-5 business days. Therefore, you will receive your tumbler before you receive your t-shirt. If you have any further question regarding partial orders, please contact us and we will further assist you.

I need to make an exchange, what do I do?

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, please contact us first and let us know what size you need. Then return your product to Allen's Creative Tees 199 Prairie View Drive Decatur, TX 76234. Once we receive your product, we will send your replacement out to you.

Order cancellations:

Please note, all products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partners. Once our production partners capture your order and moves it into production,  It's nearly impossible to stop it from fulfilling. For this reason, we ask the following, For apparel products such as, T shirts, tank tops, and hoodies,  please submit your cancellation request within 12 hours from the time you placed your order. For all remaining products such as, blankets, mugs, and tumblers,  please notify us immediately! The production partner we have in place for these products, moves quickly and will not cancel orders once they move them into production. Your store is located in Decatur TX, why is my order shipping from a different location?

Although we are located in Decatur, TX, we have production partners that print and ship our products for us. Therefore, orders will ship from various locations. Most apparel products will ship from Iowa, USA.
