With the exception of blankets, which can take up to 10 business days, most orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, US transit times are approximately 3-5 business days. For international orders, depending on location, transit times are approximately 2-4 weeks.

Do you offer express shipping?

Due to the limitations set by our production partners, rush order and priority shipping is only available for apparel products, such as t-shirts, tank tops, sweatshirts & hoodies, shipping to the USA. Since rush order and express shipping is not available for all products, you will not see the upgrade option on the checkout page. However, we have made rush order and priority shipping available in the form of a product that you can purchase separately. You can find this product and add it to your cart by clicking on the following product link.

Satisfaction guaranteed: We stand behind our products 100%. For any reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll take it back! All we ask is that you return it in it's original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Order the wrong size? Hey, it happens. We offer a one time free size exchange within the same product line.

Damaged? Not a problem! Just email us a picture of the damaged product so we can verify it and we'll send a replacement right away! Note: please include part of the design in the photo you take, so that we may verify that the damaged product is ours. Thank you.

For order cancellation request, please email us at allenscreativetees@thatsacooltee.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Please include the order number for the order you would like to cancel.
